How often do you clean the bidet (not the self clean feature, i mean soap and water.)?

Do these work on round toilets?

Yes they work on round & oval toilets. We have both.

What are the fitting sizes of the 0.8m braided steel hose on each end? I would like to add a shut off valve.

The answer given was 3/8". That is the size of the flexible hose. The end pieces are, obviously, two different sizes. What is the size of each end. I tried to attach a photo, but won't accept any format. So, I made a short video so you can see the size differences.
