We bought two of these collars. It took a while to get them, but they are great quality, and the stitching looks really nice! Our girl loves to lay in the dirt, so hers gets dirty quite often, but it machine washes well, and still looks brand new! I do wash it on delicate with a delicate wash. I recommend washing it with other items.The reflective parts are really nice as well, because sometimes our dogs hide on our acreage when we’re trying to get them in to go to bed. Sorry guys, your collars gave you away!Like I said, it does take some time to get them, but be patient, for the price and quality, it’s worth the wait!

It took quite awhile for these to arrive but since they were coming from China I wasn’t surprised. I ordered two small and one medium. One of the small and the medium fit fine and look great on the dogs. The embroidry looks good and is east to read. I was VERY careful to measure exactly. I knew that the small collars would have to be at the most extended length but I knew that sometimes if they have to be shortened it covers up part of the name or phone number. So I measured their necks and measured their old collars carefully. Well, one of the small collars is shorter than the other one and is a little too tight So that was a waste of money and I will have to find one from another seller and reorder.Just be sure to order a little bigger than you need because the measurements are not always the same.

I bought three of these colors from my three dogs and they are all so nice and such good quality. I also got them very fast way before the time that I was supposed to receive them. I will definitely buy them again when I need another one.

Collar ez to fit to pet ( make sure select proper size); like the ability to see pet name and phone number in case pet is loose/found; quality materials.

The colors are bright, and the stitching is great, and easy to read! No more noisy name tags!

The color I ordered was khaki and the color i got was like a copper or bronze color. More orange than khaki. This was supposed to match my dogs khaki harness and leash which is a typical military khaki/Tan color. The yellow lettering is hard to see. There is little color contrast since orange and yellow are similar in color. The colors would have looked great if the color was actually the advertised color in the images provided. Lastly there is hardly any space between letters. So it just looks like a bunch of random letters. If you order a collar with only 1 word embroidered it's probably going to be fine, but i had 3 words and the spaces between words is almost indistinguishable. It was a Long tirn around time just to be disappointed. The long wait I assume is all due to overseas shipping since i got a confirmation that my order was completed and shipped with 30 minutes of placing my order so it doesn't appear that the wait time had anything to do with how long it takes to customize the collar with embroidery. I Don't know if its a durable collar and probably won't find out. Since it looks terrible, I'll probably never use it. I gave it 3 stars to be fair and give it the benefit of the doubt on whether or not its a durable collar. The personalized aspect of if was a fail in my opinion.
