The bottle recommends two as a serving. I thought to myself, "if two is recommended then four must be better"...so I ate six. Less then six doesn't do much for me. Now I have easy regular bowl movements and I'm much more comfortable. But I also have a lot of gas. Lots and lots of gas now.

The product arrived as advertised, on time and in good condition.I gave this Two Stars not because of quality or service, but because the manufacturer should provide additional info and warnings on packaging with regard to its primary fiber ingredient, Chickory-derrived INULIN.Inulin is in fact a source of insoluble dietary fiber. What differentiates it from psyllium (Metamucil and the like), cellulose (Citrucel and the like), or grain byproducts (bran, etc.) is that inulin is a "FODMAP" - or "Fermentable, Oligo-, Di-, Mono-saccharides And polyols."This isn't necessarily sinister, however for folks who are coping with irritable bowel syndrome and similar GI motility issues, inulin may cause significant bloating, flatulence and episodes of abdominal pain, especially if you introduce it into your diet suddenly, or you "overdose" - and truthfully, these gummies taste pretty good.While not lactose intolerant, and while not an IBS sufferer (at least as far as I know), I speak from personal experience regarding the aforementioned side effects!One last tidbit, in the interest of full disclosure - I am a medical doctor, residency trained / board certified in emergency medicine, and I have no financial or other conflicts of interest with regard to this product or any other "nutritional supplements" (read: "no FDA oversight").Caveat emptor...

I have for years had problems with muscle spasms in my legs, rib area and neck. Sleep has been impossible. Prescription muscle relaxers helped only minimally. After three spinal surgeries over 10 years, a new doctor suggested Potassium and Magnesium capsules, right before bedtime. I tried it, and almost immediately I have been able to sleep without the pain of muscle spasms. Occasionally I may have one, but nothing even close to what I had. They work, no question about it and if you have similar problems, I bet they will work for you.

I have, ahem, issues with getting enough fiber into my mouth, which impacts how fast food is processed and how often/what comes out the other end. These yummy gummies do the trick. Since I'm on medication that slows down the ride from mouth to butt, these little gems help push it along without causing painful cramps or gas. I also enjoy the fruity but not cloying flavors with great mouth feel - give your teeth a little workout and keep them strong - this was not good since I started to take them like candy before going to bed at night. They are naturally flavored with fruit juices, along with natural colors derived from vegetables and fruits. They are not super-sweet and have a texture that satisfies the urge to chew something at night. I do take more than the suggested 2-4 a day, but that is because of my meds.Anyway, they come in two varieties. The Weight Management formulation has Chromium in it - I was taking way too many and exceeding my heavy metals tolerance (yes, you can have too much Chromium) so I switched to the Chromium free ones - still yummy. The Chromium ones also help control blood sugar and helps people use the insulin they do make more effectively, not one of my issues but interesting info for those that do have to watch their blood sugar/insulin levels. Additionally, these are gluten and GMO free. Nice to know if you are Celiac and socially conscious. I buy these repeatedly, so I think they work great.

These are the tastiest gummy ANYTHING that I've ever had! I actually got these for my son who struggles with potty issues. And since hes such a picky eater (sensory issues), its hard to get him to eat what he needs to eat. These have truly been a LIFE SAVER. I was just about to start giving him a laxative every day so we could stop the issues, but I decided to give these a try, and they are worth every penny.They are the perfect gummy consistency and don't really stick to my teeth, each different flavor is noticeably different, they all taste phenomenal, and the cost per gummy is fairly low compared to most other fiber supplements we have been looking at.The biggest plus side? My 4 year old son LOVES LOVES LOVES them. He actually asks for them every day (he only gets one a day), and they are working extremely well for him. Hes actually on a schedule now because of them. Most of the fiber gummies have either dextrose or sorbital as their first ingredient so they can get away with saying sugar free. These don't. These have the best ingredients I've seen, taste great, and work well. I didn't realize what junk the ones I bought at Walgreens last time had in it. Yikes. Happy I found these.

I use this while on a keto eating plan. Haven't experienced keto flu while taking these. I take 2 daily, worth the buy for anyone doing keto.

I take 2 of these daily and my stomach is staying "active" enough to wear constipation is a thing of the past. My doctor said they had a lot of sugar and to switch to another one if I can, but I just watch my sugar intake for the rest of the day, and they continue to work wonders. They take a few days to "get going", but they taste great and do the job. Overall, they are great for the price, taste good, but could use a tad less sugar.
