The world of intermittent fasting can feel.overwhelming and.confusing. It is hard to separate myth from fact. The author spends a good amount of time on clearing up popular misconceptions (ex. Fasting makes you gain weight) and presenting facts. I found this section very interesting to read. There are also recipes like you would expect. Overall, this book is written with care and attention to detail.

Sounds very boring and simple I know, but trust me, when I tried it, I quickly learnt that it is an exercise in self-discipline and can be maddening in the initial stages. Intermittent fasting can be a simple and effective way to lose weight when done properly, as regular short-term fasts can help you consume fewer calories and shed pounds. Women over 50 can face struggles when trying to lose weight. This can stem from several things. The main culprit is often a slowed metabolism. The more lean muscle you have, the faster your metabolism is. But as we get older we lose lean muscle mass, and we often become less active than before.

This was an enjoyable and educational book for me. There is much information shared on the different types of intermittent fasting and it's many benefits. There is an emphasis on becoming and staying physically active, and some very helpful guidance on avoiding many common pitfalls. The recipes all look delicious and the author shares her first-hand experience to encourage readers.

When it comes to losing weight, women over 50 often have a difficult time. This can be caused by a variety of factors. The most common cause is a sluggish metabolism. Don’t waste your money
I wish I’d looked at the reviews before buying this Book. I don’t know if English is Brenda’s first language, and there is absolutely no info. About her or her qualifications in the book that I can see. Sadly it is incomprehensible. I can’t make any use of it because the sentences are so poorly constructed. Wasted my money this time. It will go in the recycling bin. 😫

Poorly written
Replete with typos, poor grammar, and awkward sentence structure. No evidence of any copy editing whatsoever. If this had been an assignment turned in by one of my students, I would have given it a failing mark. The content is rehashed from the web. there's nothing new here and no citations to lead you to more information. Don't waste your money on this.

Amazing book!
This book contains a lot of interesting and new information, it will help all women around the world to start this process of intermittent fasting and It has a lot of different points that are very precise. I highly recommend it
