ColorProof Color Care Authority Baobab Heal & Repair Shampoo, 2 Oz

So I bought the trial size of this formula and loved it. It is more moisturizing in my opinion than color proofs red bottle, purple, and blonde shampoo formulation but it is also 50 dollars compared with if you buy the red shampoo for fine hair is around 35. So your paying a whole 15 dollars more to have your hair a little more moisturized. I’m sorry but that is a complete rip off. All of the different color proof shampoos should be the same price….. this is taking advantage of Amazon buyers. I’ve been using color proof for the last two years but honestly it’s taking way too much of my paycheck to keep up with the price. Recently I’ve been using cheaper brands and although they are not perfect in quality compared with color proof they are still very good. We don’t need to be wasting our all money on colorproof to have healthy hair. It is a luxurious item yes but your hair can’t tell the difference all that much if you venture out and try other brands that are all natural such as shea moisture or even hask has some all natural hair care products that work nearly just as good for 1/4 the cost. Goodbye color proof I’m done.

6/13/19: UPDATE! This is the best shampoo EVER. I've been using it 6 months now - for the first time in my life my hair is actually growing! It used to take a full year to grow 2 inches - it has grown over 2 inches in 4 months. My hair stylist couldn't believe it!I know some reviewers complain about the cost for the size of this product. I have ear-length fine, thin, straight hair and literally a pea sized amount of shampoo is all that is needed to lather my head up completely. I have struggled for years to find good shampoos that don't thin out my straight fine hair. This one is awesome. Especially since I am now over 60 and my hair is really thinning. This gives me a lot of body, and a lot of shine. I am very very pleased.

I wear vibrant neon colors, from semi permanent to permanent, This has been my best shampoo brand. When my hair is a bit damaged from all the heat of straightening and after a full bleaching, this particular one has helped to repair the straw like texture of my hair making it soft and healthy feeling. I am allergic to many scents and this one doesn't bother me, it's more of a natural scent.

NORMALLY I Love this product. Don’t love the cost, but it’s worth every penny for dry hair or damaged or color treated. It brings moisture right back and don’t need to use daily. THIS TIME I THINK THE PRODUCT WAS Tampered with! I use this brand shampoo both baobab and the purple moisture rich one daily alternating. But this baobab was not the exact same consistency did not make my hair feel fantastic. It did not smell exactly the same. And I’m livid! I will not purchase this again on amazon
