I had a Keyboard battery issue within the 1 year warranty. I contacted the manufacturer who promptly sent me a replacement and assured me that they strive for the highest standards. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick they responded and sent me a replacement. Great customer service and I really like this product.

Wow…what a difference vs Gold and Cherry’s. Almost 1/3rd the of the price, MUCH better quality, and I know Amazon customer service is great! G&C’s had problems within a month. Tried to get it replaced. Long story short, G&C did everything they could to not take care of me. Finally offering me a replacement case for half price…BUT their half price of $169.90 is the exact same retail price for anyone on their website….total rip off.This one from amazon is far greater and easy to use…. Save your money and headaches…./Buy this one on Amazon!

I was on the fence between four and five stars, but ultimately I deducted a star for the mouse/trackpad. Everything else about this is fantastic, however, and I'm super happy with my purchase.For the price, this really cannot be beat. It is sturdy, functional, charge lasts a long time, keyboard is great. I use this daily, and no issues. And I mean i flip the screen around, take the iPad in and out of the case at least once a day, and it still holds it fine. There are a few things that people have mentioned in other reviews I'd like to address:Tabs that hold the iPad in. I was worried because in other reviews, it was noted that the tabs are minimal (true, but it does not take much to hold the ipad in), and that they come loose easily, and rotate themselves, and the thus the ipad can fall out. #1 - I have and angled drawing board built for the ipad that i use for drawing DAILY. This means i'm flipping those tabs and removing the ipad at least once a day. Been doing this for several months and not a hint of looseness on the tabs (my personal experience). Further, you still have to pop the ipad out even when the tabs are open, so I don't really think the ipad would "fall out" right away. MAYBE if you had the tabs open and were being careless, it could happen. But it definitely wouldn't just slip out without some kind a maneuver.Weight. This is a legit concern. I'd say it doubles, or slightly more than doubles the weight (without actually weighing). Not an issue for me. I actually find the extra heft preferable. But if that is a concern for you, there you go.Looseness of the folding mechanism. Again, I open and close this thing many times a day, and flip it around to use w/o the keybaord many times a day. This has been over a period of several months, and it is still as sturdy as new.Mouse. This is my one crit. The track pad is basically useless. This is because you cannot just tap to make a selection, you have to push it down to click. Makes doing mouse activities like dragging, etc. a real pain. Personally, I'm not fond even of good track pads, so i just make use of the touch screen, or an external mouse. So, it isn't really and issue for me, but it feels really clunkily executed. Frankly, though, for the price, they could have left it off entirely and I'd b happy.So there you have it. Really good case/keyboard option - if you can look past the mouse. Definitely great product for what you pay!

Strong and super cute

Amazing case and company! Got my first one over two years ago and only replaced it because I dropped it pretty hard. Was using the new one for almost a year and had my first ever issues with it that I couldn’t trouble shoot and fix myself. Contacted them via their email, and they sent me a replacement right away! They responded pretty quickly and were super friendly! Can’t recommend this case enough. I use it daily flipping it all about as I use my tablet for writing and drawing.

Ok, this thing is a DREAM! turns your iPad into a very comfortable and secure laptop. Well worth it.

I’ve had his for a year and a half now. I’m in construction and use this all day long looking at plans, writing emails etc. It’s held up ok for the abuse it’s seen in the day to day construction industry. For the price it is a decent keyboard. The main draw back is the disproportionate weight. The iPad itself is much heavier than the keyboard. This makes the iPad want to fall over backwards when the screen is slightly tilted. I’m surprised more reviews don’t mention this.

Love this keyboard! Secures and protects. Makes your iPad super heavy though.
