Great motion / vibration sensor
I used these to build a quick prototype of a product I'm designing. They worked great at detecting even relatively minor taps on the device. I was even able to write some software to consistently discriminate between a light tap and a heavy 'hit' just using these sensors hooked to an Arduino.Note that there are 3 different "strengths" of spring in these devices. Make sure you understand which one you are getting and which one you need. I find these very effective for my application. YMMV

Great for right application.
Mini capacitor sized vibration sensors. Impressed. See pic of opened one.

They don't work as advertised.
Hooked up these units to a Wemos D1 Arduino. Analog signal swaps back and forth between 8 and 9 whether the unit is moving or not when connected to 5V. Tried all 10 with same result.
