Highly recommend- and it doesn’t burn.
I added this to my arsenal of mouthwashes. This one is supposed to be good for gum health. I like it because it doesn’t seem to burn, and it does. It’s job well.

No Alcohol
I like to think this is helping my gums, but the my favorite part is that it's a mouthwash without alcohol in it.

Last checkup went VERY well
I have otherwise healthy teeth, but I was constantly finding that my gums would bleed quite a bit when the dentist I've had for 20 years poked and prodded my mouth. After my previous visit six months ago, I decided to see if there was a product that might resolve this. This mouthwash seems to do the trick; I've use it after brushing for the last six months, and at my appointment earlier this week, not only did the dentist have to do less picking, but I hardly spat any blood. I'm sold on this product!

My dentist recommended
I use because I have Sjogrens which causes dry mouth and gum issues so my dentist recommended this. Has a good taste too so I won’t argue. 2 pack allows me to keep one in our camping stuff! :)
