Fall Rated Steel Carabiner with Auto Twist-Lock, Scaffold, 2" Gate Opening

Use these for work,I am a lineman and do a lot of rigging on energized powerlines, extra large and bery tough!!!

I use this carabiner for dog walking since the stroller carabiners are too flimsy and fall apart within a few weeks. I loop anywhere from 8 to 15 leashes that are attached to dogs onto the carabiner, and off we go. The auto twist lock is very convenient.Mine came with the pin. However, i didn't take the carabiner out of the bag until a few weeks after arrival. By then, i had moved it around in my room. When I went to take the carabiner out of the bag, the pin had fallen off. The pin was still in the bag, but by then, had started poking holes in the bag and would have eventually fallen out. This probably happened to other people who didn't recieve a carabiner with the pin. There's probably pins laying about where the company stores these bags of carabiners.

My item did not come with a retaining pin. I was hoping it did. I'll hive this item a 4 star since it was missing. Other than that it looks and feels great.

Good product, but was wayyyy to big.

If you use shackles for your rigging, it’s definitely worth looking to replace at least some of them with these. They are waaaaay faster, much easier to visually inspect and they fail safe.
