Good powerful speakers with good long-distance fidelity

these feel sturdy and they sound extremely clear, unfortunately i had to return them due to my door panel being too small but if you got the space for these, and a good amp, these produce pretty good sound.

Good speakers, it sounds good

These are absolutely bad to the bone speakers...if you've got the power give it to them....they are incredible....extremely loud crisp and clear....I'm putting about 800 a piece to them and they are next level type stuff...affordable to beginner builders and they sound incredible....Fo Sho...check em out...a true steal on the deal ....real talk

Excellent sound

I would give Orion XTX654 10 Stars!I custom fit these in place of some JBL 6.5” in the back of my 2006 Silverado crew rear doors. JBL was the yellow coned 6.5” and are just average. 6.5 CT sounds are in the front doors and they are not as good as the Orion’s. The sound is clear with punchy bass! I am not one that embellishes the truth! I wish i had them in the front, but I experimented with a new brand. Get the Orions. I’m so impressed! Use the foam in the box to shim the speakers out. Or the window hits them.

Hands down some of the best speakers I ever had. I was a little suspect by all the reviews but I did notice there was not one one star review so I bought them and they didn't let me down they're incredible bye now and your search. Fast forward 2 months and both of my speakers died I had them powered by four Channel 100 RMS Alpine $1,000 amp. Orion said it was underpowered they would not refund or fix it they said I would have to pay them to fix it. When I had a problem with Polk they just sent me out a new set and it was done. And then when those broke I had a Asurion warranty that I use. Polk audio super easy to deal with.

I realize today's Orion is not the same company I loved in the 80's and 90's but I still tried them out because of brand loyalty. I'm totally impressed, I was thinking I wanted to add a 6" mid and a 8" mid-bass in each door, but these have changed my mind. I do not need the 8" mid-bass drivers at all. I have them bandpassed from @80hz - @250hz and in combination with my existing 5.25" separates and the 2 10" subs, my system sounds full, balanced, and complete. Very happy with Orion!
