Q: Are these like a regular cotton tee or more of a silky tee?

They are neither but are more like a dry fit tee. Meaning you can sweat and they dry on their own.

Q: I bought a couple of these shirts some are made in cambodia and others from honduras how do i order only the ones from cambodia the material is better

You can't order them like that. They are made from all over. My advice is if you like the shirt order it in multiple colors. I own these shirts and love them no matter where they where made.
