While it charges the phone well and looks good, it doesn’t keep the coffee warm beyond an hour.

I was a bit skeptical of this warmer from reading the reviews, so I've really put it through the ringer. Multiple cups of coffee/tea per day, and charged my phone on it every day also. After 2 weeks of heavy use, the mug is showing no signs of wear, nor has the induction pad stopped working. Highly, highly recommend this as a budget-friendly alternative to the Ember mugs.The included mug comfortably holds the largest size brew from a Keurig and the temperature is perfect for sipping all day. The mug and lid are a very sturdy, high quality feeling ceramic. The indicator light blinks 10 times when you first place something on the pad, and then either glows steady for charging or breathes for warming. Virtually no setup required except plugging it in. I'll definitely be giving these mugs as a gift this holiday season.My only minor complaint is that the glass surface is extremely smooth and slippery, so if the desk or table you put it on is even slightly off level, whatever you put on it will slide around. Not so much that it falls off the pad, but it does move away from the induction coil enough that heating/charging stops.

Gifted this to a friend that is a coffee drinker. She says that it only keeps it Luke warm. If you want something to keep coffee hot look elsewhere.

Got this as a gift for my sons grandpa and it keeps his coffee hot. He was a bit skeptical but he doesn’t have to put his coffee in the microwave every 3 min because he likes his coffee hot hot. He puts some water in it while the coffee brews so the cup is already hot when he pours the coffee in too so it’s extra ready to go. Great product and nice cup as well.

This item uses induction-type heating to keep liquids like coffee warm. It is amazing technology and works so much better than the standard coffee hot plates I’ve used for decades. The ceramic mug comes with a lid to help keep liquids warm for long periods of time. The cooktop surface stays relatively cool because of the way induction heating works, so there’s little chance of burning your fingers or setting anything on fire. That also explains how you can use the surface to wirelessly charge a compatible cell phone without frying the phone!

Has to be in the exact right position otherwise it doesn't work. Good luck finding that position.

Good concept. Doesn't keep Sheated as u would

It is just not working. My initial order was replaced, the replacement is the same. It is cold and if I add a hot beverage it cools down at the same speed as if I'm not using the device. Simply not working. I tried different techniques but same.. disappointed, the design is cute..
