Good Instructions
Very easy to follow instructions. The faucet adapters in box didn’t match with my faucet. I followed the instructions and submitted PUR a request for mote adapters and they responded me very fast and sent me three new adapters. And one of the new adapters works well on my faucet. There is also a coupon for PUR filters in the box.

WATER HACK FOR MEXICO TRIPS
THIS IS THE SECRET TO BEING ABLE TO HAVE DRINKABLE WATER IN MEXICO! I use this while away and it worked wonders! Didn’t get sick not once ! I also brought it back with me & works like a charm!!

Pur water filter system.
Works perfect like it should. It took me under 1 min total to unpack and install.This was a replacement for the same item that had developed a small drip in the front of the housing.maybe it was bumped with something during its 3 -4 years it was used.The only neg thing I can say is that the filters are expensive. It does work great and always lets you know when to replace the filter.

Light quit working but got a replacement!
The light quit working on this a few months after purchase. Unfortunately, you can’t change the battery on the light but we contacted the manufacturer and they sent us out a replacement!

Taste the difference
I used to drink straight from the tap with no issues, but tried this out and it improved the flavor of the water so much- you can immediately taste how clean it is. Only con is that the drinking spout is very slow so it takes a while to fill up a glass. But the other side is fast. Easy to install.

Amazon needs to do a better job to reduce thief
I received this without the filter. I called PUR, and they are sending me one. I have noticed that some Amazon orders I have received are missing items. People are stealing stuff before it is sent out, which is very frustrating. Pur took care of me, so I will give it 5 stars.

Overall what I expected
Very easy to install and directions are clear, only thing I do not like is it takes my water 3-6 seconds to turn on.
