I’ve been using the USI Universal punching bag for a few weeks now, and it’s definitely worth the investment. The build quality is excellent the material feels tough and durable, and it handles punches and kicks really well without losing shape and size is good. I went for the filled version, which has just the right weight for solo training. It’s perfect for boxing, kickboxing, or even just stress relief after a long day. The stitching is solid, and the bag holds up well even after intense sessions. Do note: Mine didn’t come with a hanging chain, so you might need to get that separately if yours doesn’t include it. Also, make sure you have a strong hook or stand to hang it properly. Overall, a great product from USI reliable, durable, and perfect for setting up a basic home gym. Highly recommend it!

It only came with the bag , it showed chains but there were no chain , there wasnt even an inside bag or anything to fill the bag , DO NOT BUY , its just a waste of money
