No, it is a larger neck to be able to be pulled off a shoulder. Fits and looks beautiful!

What are directions for cleaning? Washable? Tumble dry? Dry clean?

I washed it by hand and flat dried. I think the washing machine might stretch it. No need to dry clean

There are two size charts, which is accurate?

The only two I saw are in inches and cm. I ordered my normal size of medium and it was accurate. Hope that helps.
