Yes. I am on the short side of average height and it went to the middle of my bb not clearing it nicely and also not falling neatly below it. It depends solely on the height and weight and shape of a person though. No matter the size u wear there are such varying body types/shapes that irregularities are sure to be found in even the most well tailored apparel. Better luck finding your desired look in a swimsuit next time:-)
