Straight up used!
It came bubble wrapped loose in an oversized box that allowed a lot of movement.Many scratches, "when held at arms length", and my eyesight is far from perfect.Food/Crud in various small spots that i easily washed off myself.To top it off, it came without 4 out of the 10 screws holding it together, and a completely dead battery and no charger, so i cannot even give a review on performance.

Refurbished unit part of Amazon Renewal program - does not look "new". No power supply provided
Purchased through Amazon Renewal program. Program says items look and perform like new. Product sold through approved resellers. Chromebook arrived very poorly packaged, certainly does not look new and did not come with a power supply so could not test operation of unit. I don't have time to chase down a power supply from the reseller. It's going back.

False advertising
Product said looks like new. So wrong. Scratched is not renewed and was thinking it would come with charger. If I read refurbished and renewed I want zero scratches. And definitely want a power chord. And will not turn on

Operating system out of date and too old for Google to up date
The operating system chromebook os us to old to update and many sites that I go to says the browser is out of date and can not be updated waste money

How is this being sold
Ordered this for a friend, opened the box and there was a strand of hair staring at you. Item was dusty, no charger included.

It’s definitely used
Not really refurbished. You can tell this thing was used hard. It works but the appearance is really rough. It was a model used by a student in a school as it still has the sticker where it was school property on the bottom.
