This book is precious, I highly recommend. It's such a great self esteem builder for little girls dealing with low confidence.

I thought this for my eight year old. It is such a great alternative to a coloring book and love that it directs her thinking in a positive way. It has a wide range of topics and activities and is oh so cute. Something you can’t pick up at the dollar store but it’s topics and its meaning is so worth it. I would buy it again.

Had lots of positive and self-affirming messages. Good for middle school age girls.

My daughter is 10 and she loves this activity book. I read through it before purchasing and still felt like it was age appropriate. She really enjoyed page 2-3 sharing information about her likes and the "I can't do ... Yet" so she learns to work towards being great at a specific skill, task, subject, etc. I've already shared it with a few other parents.

I have to admit it was well thought of. It is motivating and does seem to have a way to stick the message in the brain. My 7 year old repeats a few sayings to herself quite often when doing things she find challenging or for the first time! It’s very interactive, she picks it up daily to do and activity or two and enjoys it! We love anything that brings positive Energy into our home, and this affirmation journal does just that for her!

I bought this book for my granddaughter who will be turning nine soon. She loved the book and immediately started working on it. I have read this book from cover to cover myself. I am very impressed with the content and the artwork. The affirmations are not only inspiring for children but adults could also benefit from them as well. I highly recommend this book to people of all ages.

My two girls, ages 6 and 9, devoured this journal when it arrived. They loved answering questions about themselves and thinking about what makes them proud of who they are. I am buying two more copies for my nieces!
