Bought this for the express purpose of making BulletProof Coffee - and it's great.My old blender died - the cups were hard, brittle plastic and didn't like hot liquids, eventually they cracked. To be fair it did last a few years, and it did say it wasn't suitable for hot liquids(!) but a man has to have his coffee, right?I was hoping that this one, being designed as portable, would have cups of a slightly softer, more durable material - and yes it does. There's a slight flex to the plastic - and no cracking sounds when I pour in the hot coffee!In operation - better. It has a switch, rather than the push down to turn on thing, so the rubber/plastic drive thingy won't wear out. And it's fast - blends my mug of coffee nicely in about 10 seconds. And so much easier to clean - I only rinse with hot water and the plastic hasn't stained - been using it a couple of months. No leakage from anywhere - the whole thing seems well made.AND it comes with two full size cups. AND a small cup, with its own blade, for.... well it looks perfect for grinding coffee beans, but I've not actually tried it yet. Given how good the rest of this thing is, I'm very hopeful.Bottom line: you want a blender that will handle hot liquid*, like making bulletproof coffee? I recommend this. Think I paid about £22 for it - I consider it an absolute bargain. If it's still less than £30, maybe even £40, I say go for it, you'll love it.*if I bothered reading the instructions I'd probably find the usual disclaimer that it's not suitable for hot liquids - but I didn't, and in practice it does so very well - just remember to give it a shake and then release the pressure BEFORE blending!

I use this for making protein shakes/smoothies. Cuts easily through ice cubes and frozen fruits. Wanted an easily portable device that I could take on holiday or to the office and this is just perfect no only on the go but for daily use at home too. Sturdy, simple to use, clean and pack away.

This is an inexpensive blender and although the plastic containers may prove to be brittle over time, it is a really good way to make smoothies and shakes without the expense with higher cost brands like the various bullets

Easy to use and clean, comes with two bottles (I use them for my smoothies) and a smaller one, perfect to make dips like hummus. Simply love it! Would definitely recommend it!

A great little blender for the price but sadly the on off switch developed a lose connection after about 7/8 uses now I have to hold the button down firmly in order for it to work.

In anticipation & preparation for the arrival of this product, I when to the supermarket and spend £15 on several fresh fruits & juice. My parcel arrived the next day in the evening and I open the package, washed the contents, and placed my favorite fruits and juice in the cup container. Then I attach the cup & blade to the base, power on the mains, and then switch the power to the on position on the blender main base.Imagine my disappointment when nothing happens! The best way I can describe it is:- @~*#!!!The power failed because the rocker switch on the blender base does on function. If you don't mind a seller that does little or no quality assurance product check and you enjoy playing a game of chance, then this product is for you, otherwise, please avoid it.

Easy to use and clean. Great for making homemade smoothies and purée foods for my daughter.
