BaBylissPRO Professional High-Torque Shaver, 1 ct.

Having used a rotary shaver (phillips norelco) for 10 years, as well as a straight edge which I mostly love, I was curious to try a foil shaver. Many YouTube reviews placed this as their favorite shaver, even over the 300 dollar models (braun series 7 and 9), so I got this one.Here is my personal experience so far:The battery seems to last ridiculously long.It takes fewer passes to cut all the hairs than my rotary does. Especially for hairs all pointing one direction. Since I know the pattern and direction of my hair, I feel that I can adjust the angle and have more control with this tool to catch the final hairs than my rotary.I'm getting a much better shave than before, and with very little effort. With my straight edge I can get a little bit closer, but takes a lot more work and care. For me, the straight edge can be a gamble for ingrown hairs, nicks, or irritated skin.I did notice irritation on my skin the first day or so of using the foil shaver, but none after that.I feel immensely satisfied having baby smooth skin after shaving now. My rotary shaver at best left my face looking neat, but feeling sand papery.Overall, I feel like this shaver gives a lot of the close shaving and control that I loved from straight edge shaving, and the speed, convenience, and safety of an electric razor. Definitely 5/5 stars.The only con so far is that it's terrible at picking up longer hairs, and it doesn't have a built in trimmer. So you will have to start with hair that's no longer than a couple millimeters, or trim it with another tool first.

I have a severe problem with ingrown hairs. I've tried all kinds of razors and electric shavers. My face would always end up looking like the surface of the moon afterward, covered with ingrown hairs. My barber used one of these on my face, after trimming down my beard area with an electric shaver. This thing managed to give me a clean shave without causing ingrown hairs! It works great, as long as your beard is at the short stubble stage. Any longer than that, and it doesn't work at all. But that means that I can shave around my sideburns without this shaver cutting them off. A truly great product!

Over the past 30 some years I've used every face shaver brand under the sun. Norelco, Panasonic, Braun, etc...Let's be honest, they all pretty much suck, especially if your facial hair gets longer. I came across this gem on a barber video on you tube, and OMG it's a lifesaver. This thing shaves closer than any electric razor I've ever tried, even 8 months after I bought it. The battery is AMAZING. I've charged it ONCE in 8 months shaving TWICE PER DAY!!!!! INCREDIBLE!!!! And to top it off, it's merely a fraction of the price of something like a Norelco. You cannot go wrong with this.

I’ll start by saying that there an electric razor that shaves as close as a razor blade does not exist but this FX3 is ALMOST that close. I have a full head of hair but choose to be bald by choice so I can tell you that the FX3 gives an extremely close shave. I have the Braun Series 9 and a Kiliby electric razor (Skull shaver Amazon knockoff but solid shaver) and I just assumed all electric shavers are the same…..I was completely wrong. The Babyliss FX35 is THE shaver for shaving your head! I did not feel any tugging, pulling, and did not have to make 10 passes over the same area to get down to the skin like all the other electric shavers. I tried double edged safety razors but always wound up cutting myself and love a Gillette Mach 3 as much as the next guy, but always preferred the speed of an electric shaver, I can assure you that you will not be disappointed with the FX3! This is a one year review, and this machine works great. I have no regret buying it. It cuts amazing and I would buy it again good material good workmanship definitely a classic.

Pretty basic shaver, but man it shaves close. I've got lots of others with more features, but this one is my favorite.

I usually shave with a safer razor. I was looking for an occasional alternative. I was supper surprised how close a shave I got with this product. Very comfortable and easy to use. I have a tough beard, but this cuts right through the whiskers. A good buy for the money.

I’ve lost track of how much I’ve spent on shaving supplies throughout the past 8 years trying to find the right combination of cost, comfort and performance. Safety razors, every type of razor I can find, shave soaps, you name it.I finally found what I’ve been searching for. This shaver cuts fast and gets as close as a safety razor. No more cuts. No more irritated skin. No more mess. No clean up afterwards.I will take this shaver to the grave with me.

I have used 4 different foil shavers and I will rate this one the best for the price! Really cant go wrong

The BaBylissPRO FX3 I have used for two 2 weeks now and is amazing, it shaves my face as close and smooth as 5 blade razor.

This shaver is pretty awesome, good close shave. It came at 3 bars battery, I've used it for almost 2 weeks and it's still at 3 bars.The only bad point I can think of is that the included brush could have been a full sized one, the finger sized brush doesn't do anything.

I’m a barber and I had a whal but I realized my coworkers used this one. I prefer this babyliss because the blades are 2 separate heads vs the whal is one and the babyliss has one higher than the other one so it catches all the little grooves. Don’t need to pass often to get a smooth result . Love it for balled heads also use this instead of the old school blade for the neck area it dosen’t cause ingrown hairs or irritation. Quality & price I recommend
