Nice long, thick handle and lots of bristles, perfect for greasing/flouring intricate Bundt pans!
This is a really nice brush! It’s perfect for getting oil/butter and flour into all of the intricate details of my Bundt pans. It cleans up easily in soapy water. It appears to be well-made. I like the long, thick handle, and there are plenty of bristles. I haven’t had it long, but so far no bristles have fallen out. It was expensive, but if it holds up it will be worth it.

Thought it would be it alittle stiffer but, it works great. Very sturdy, can brush almost all the flour off of bread, highly recommend

Soft to slightly medium bristles, and this brush works great for taking excess flower off of my sourdough bread.

Amazing quality.
When I made the switch from plastic to wood and silicone I knew I wanted a hair brush for pastries and baking. The silicone ones are always great for BBQ and cooking but when you want a good egg wash or butter coat, you need something thicker to really “paint” it on. I live the length of this, it's easy to hold and easy to wash and it really elevates the look of a wood utensil display.

Nice, but not really heat resistant
I like the size and shape of this, but the bristles started to melt when using over heat, even though description says they are resistant up to 500F. If not being used over heat, would make an excellent pastry brush.

Excellent Pastry Brush
I like this brush because the boar bristles are soft thus allowing me dust excess flour off my sourdough bread loaves after baking. It is well made, easy to use and stores on an "S" hook near my baking table. Since its exclusive use is dusting off flour, I just wash it in warm water under the sink faucet, and let air dry. I like the size of this tool.
