ICD-10-CM Coding Guidelines Made Easy: 2017 Paperback – September 26, 2016

I am currently studying for the CCS-P certification and thought this book would be a great staple. It flows pretty easily and I love how it's broken up in chapters and charts, which matches my studying style. I thought the book could use a bit more information regarding a few of the chapters and it's rules, but I found it a great start to my studying.

This is a great reference but I agree with Ally. I noticed the issue with heart and renal disease not documented as related. As of Oct. 2016 heart and renal disease are assumed to have a cause and effect relationship. This book mentioned that they do not. I made my corrections in the book, other wise a wonderful handy reference.

Really nice book with all the guidelines written in easy to read and understand. Really helped me a lot understanding sepsis.Edited: I took and PASSED the CCS exam. This really did help cement a few issues I was having understanding some of the coding rules. I've taken all my classes online, so no instructor to easily ask questions. This really was a life saver for me.

This is a good book for biginners...if you know your guidelines you shouldn't buy it....but it is a great book! I will recommend it to a friend or whoever is new to this field.

Helped me tremendously in regards to the CPC exam. I just copied the tables into my book for a quick and easy reference of the guidelines.

Not what I expected with only 92 pages, but it is helpful. I was expecting more direction on how to properly code.
