Its my first time buying a thermal printer for my small ebay business and it works great, the printing quality isnt the very best the letters and stuff seem almost pixelated but definitely readable maybe i just need to mess with the settings or something but im happy it does the job. Alot of the reviews are misleading making the product look bad maybe they worked on the problems because it was an easy and simple setup i plugged the printer in, and plugged in the provided usb to install driver and done! You can easily and quickly start printing labels, i have yet to test it for the long run ive owned it for a few days and so far no complains but the printing quality i might try contacting their customer service to see if they can help with settings, ill provide update. overall great printer highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded.  I got this printer about four weeks and My only regret is not buying this printer sooner. It saves tape, ink and time! I found the set up to be very easy. Integration with eBay shipping is easy. Just have to change the “label preferences” to 4x6 and it’s done. I didn’t have to adjust anything else.You can print both shipping labels and packing slip if you prefer. The benefit is you can save paper and clear tape to attach the label, along with not having to cut the label out with scissors...this is a big win in time and cost savings. I’m a fairly large operation, which did help a lot!Also, Hudoo printer is small and can have roll label inside chamber, impact and neat to organize! No need but other label support! Don’t worry if you don’t have space!

This will help out a lot of people, I tried messing with the configuration/ reinstalling the drives several times and nothing seemed to work. My label was printing on a sheet and a half and I could not get it to function properly but after reading the WHOLE manual I finally figured out the solution if your using a 4x6 label! Turn off the power switch, then while holding down the feed button (button that lights up) turn the power switch back on. continue to hold the feed button until it beeps a few times/ blinks red, it will slowly feed the label until it has adjusted back to its 4x6 setting. Hopefully this saved you the migraine it gave me! It is a good printer just needs a little tlc.

We bought this for our small business but are having trouble getting it to center. Haven’t had a chance to really troubleshoot.

I was a little concerned before I buy this printer cause there was a one star review, after reading three comment I realized it is due to the label size. So I placed order and found out the printer worked great on my Windows laptop, the installation instruction is simple and quite straightforward, sample labels were also in good quality , and I am very happy to with this purchase, and also no need worry about the ink any more.

The printer easily paired with my laptop via USB port and also syncs with my Etsy account. Sinceit is a thermal printer, you do not need any ink!! Yes, you read that right...no more running out of ink! Ipersonally use 4x6 in labels with mine, but it will accommodate other label sizes as well, I tried 2*1in and it works perfect as well.

This compact label printer was great, the design was amazing, and not much space needed , roll labels are stored inside and it makes the desk very neat, of course it can use flat labels but I prefer the roll one! I am using it for my 4*6inch shipping label also 2*2inch round labels , both are works fine!
