I love this rear mount kick stand
I love this rear mount kick stand. EXCEPT, if you are riding a Cannondale Quick CX2, the additional attaching bracket that adds more stability is too short for the frame of this bike. I cut a small mending plate to add to the length so it could be used. Works fine.

Had some issues with the initial delivery, but when I reached out to the seller they were pretty helpful and got me a replacement super fast, unfortunately the package arrived missing some peices, again contacted seller and they got me a replacement as quickly as they could, so props to the folks over at sheepshead cycle!The kickstand is some of the reviews state, a bit bulky, but it holds up. Scratched up the chain stay on my bike a little, but I don’t worry to much about that since I have plenty of scratches on it already. I wouldn’t recommend it for any carbon frames, but for my aluminum tank it’s fine.I have size 13 feet so the main problem I had was heel strike, since my disc brake design doesn’t allow for a far rear mounting, I don’t use it for trip riding or if I’m planning on getting on it hard, but if I’m just gonna cruise with the family it works fine.Again thanks to those at sheepshead cycle for being awesome to work with and really showing some great customer love!

Missing parts
Item arrived in an open plastic bag and parts were missing. Terrible quality control. I wound up buying the necessary parts at a local hardware store so I could use the item.

Strong kickstand but with serious design flaw
Very strong and sturdy but unfortunately the stand is angled out in such a way that you can't help but it hit with your foot when you are riding, even with wide pedals and resting on their outer edges, you still will hit it periodically with the back of your foot. Also does not come with rubber patches to fit inside the clasps that rest against your bike so it will scratch your paint when you are adjusting the fit. Bought for a Cannondale CAADX and Synapse which their website says will fit. It does fit both but pretty useless for the bikes.
