This is probably the fan youre looking for
This fan is exactly what I expected. I will go over some of the features and keep in mind the price I paid is under 35 bucks shipped. The fan moves a good amount of air and is relatively quiet. Even on low this isnt a silent fan, this isnt a desk fan its meant to be used for a bigger space. Even if youre using it for a workout room it would be sufficient for multiple machines or for a single machine you would mount it up, and away because its not something you want to sit 2 feet away from unless youre into that kind of thing. The fan has controls on the base and on the remote. The remote is actually responsive and has buttons, not the "push pad" type cheap remotes you see lately- and the fan beeps to confirm input. The range and response is perfect. The remote is simple and has buttons for on/speed and another button that just turns it "Off". It has buttons to activate timer or Pulse mode (where it speeds up and slows down, even turns off for a moment, and back on again... it kind of simulates natural wind movement, good if you dont want a consistent blowing ) and a button to turn the oscillation on and off. The oscillation has worked well for me so far, and it has a wide sweep. It definitely could cover a whole room.To adjust the vertical tilt of the fan you loosen a screw on the base and it becomes loose enough to change, at hat point you can tighten the screw back down- its not a quick adjust tilt, its more meant to be adjusted based on how high you mount it .Mounting is easy enough- its a bracket where you install 3 screws into whatever you have ( includes drywall anchors but the fan has some bulk so be careful they are properly installed if using them)and then another hole to accept a thumb screw that goes through the fan body to hold it to theb racket after it is "hung" on the hook- which will be obvious when youre looking at the item itself in your hands. The fan comes partly unassembled. It comes with the wire guard not installed yet to make it more compact to ship, so you want to remove the REVERSE THREADED nut that will secure the fan blades from the fan and then remove the collar nut from the base - install the back fan guard which will have a center hole to go over the hub, with the "hanger" facing up, take your time then fasten down the collar nut to hold it in place. Now you can install the fan blade, which will sit on over the pin that crossed the fans axle and be secured with the reverse threaded nut. you can hold the fan by the blades to hold it in place while you reverse-thread that on hand tight- its plastic so don't wrench it down with all your strength it doesn't need much force and the reverse threads will ensure it doesn't come off in the future easily. The fan guard has a clip you will slide on at the top center ,and there is a small hole at the very bottom of the wire fan guard where the front and back will line up and the holes will line up , which you can use as a "guide" to get it basically straight. Then the clips everywhere except the top one, will swing out, on a hinge and then be pushed back on- WHY this is GREAT is t his means in the future when this fan is all dusty and grimy, all you will need to ever do is SIMPLY remove, without tools, the front guard and then turn the fan hub nut clockwise (reverse from usual- important to remember not everyone deals with mechanicals things so I want to make it obvious here) to loosen it, and you can wash the whole fan blade assy in the sink or elsewhere, and put it back together clean as new. I like that.So my review of the fan is this - GREAT for the money, because of the remote, the wall mount, the easy consumer friendly ability to clean it in the future for sanitary reason (Dust irritates me to no frickin end personally) and bonus for the interesting pulse feature and good quality feel of the remote for a cheap device. If this fan LASTS I will be buying more of these for other rooms. Would be an excellent alternative for places with low ceilings or finished basements where the head clearance for a ceiling fan isnt quite there- as well.

Works well although a bit loud
While it isn’t actually a great aesthetic in the room, the fan works well and I like that it moves side to side as an option. It really puts out some cool air. Biggest downside is it is louder than I would prefer

Installed direct to J-box
The media could not be loaded. Was very easy to install. It’s very sturdy on the wall. Timer setting are in 30 minute increments, up to 8 hours. Doesn’t weigh much. The noise is typical to any standing fan. Circulates the air in my Sun room/Three season room well.

Wall Mounted RV Bedroom
The media could not be loaded. Mounted easy on the bedroom wall of my RV so no fan taking up space on countertop. It is not a super quiet fan but by no means is it noisy. Just the right amount of sound for sleeping and good air flow.

Junk Fan, do not purchase
Extremely loud when running and out of balance blades make bad vibrations. I can see why there are so many reports of the motor going bad in a short amount of time. Just like others, my fan came with random nuts in the bottom of the box. And the fan was clearly returned at some point as nothing was in its original packaging.

Good product but bracket is maybe sold separately?
The fan it’s self is awesome works good to distribute heat in my garage, pretty positive it should of came with a bracket otherwise it’s pretty useless bought a bracket separately and it’s awesome easy to put together different speeds and the remote is helpful since it’s up pretty high
