Looks really elegant it’s not easy enough of installation need more hands but it’s so brightness and value for money

This chandelier came out beautifully. Had another one in mind that was on indefinite backorder so went with this one. Assembly is A LOT so pack your patience or hire an installer. The item arrived quickly and once assembled it was great. You need the E12 or candelabra bulbs and it holds 14 or 15 lights I think.

The media could not be loaded.  Arrived on time. instalation was time consuming but it's worth it. some crystals were cracked and chipped but extra crystals are available. crystals material are not the best. it's mostly like a normal cheap glass not true crystals. I wish better material was used but it looks fabualous and unique. I like it over all.

I never experienced this issue with Amazon. But this is so frustrating.I have received this chandelier with dent and also 1 tier color is fading and becoming black and rustic .. please check the pics . The original color should be gold as second tier.I explained and emailed all these but I keep getting return label to return it as I explained that it’s charged for installation and also to uninstall again they charge , it costing me more than chandelier.And also when I opened I couldn’t realize md the two different shades of gold and I thought if I wipe it will be good . So my electrician installed… it’s confusing at the time of installation..I asked customer service to contact seller or give me the contact information but I never got it .It’s really annoying and unhappy with this purchase.

The light fixture looks just like the picture. The only thing I wish is that it gave off more light and that I would have purchased the larger light fixture.

The chandelier itself is great but the missing parts stick out like a sore thumb. Have been trying to get into contact with them and nothing so far.Update:The company reached out and sent the missing parts! Kind of a pain to get into contact with them but they are responsive!

The media could not be loaded.  Comes well packed.It looks awesome with good quality... easy to install and easy to assemble.I just think the Installation Instructions need to be more detailed.

HolaNo encuentro forma de colgar los cristales, si sigo el patrón de ABC en algún momento me faltan agujeros pues en el primer círculo del centro hacia afuera son solo 9 agujeros luego en el segundo son 23 agujeros y luego 35 agujeros en el tercer círculo... Son números impares de los agujeros y en algún momento se rompe el ABC. Por favor me podrían dar instrucciones más detalladas para el correcto ensamblaje.

Muy bonita lámpara pero venian varios cristales quebrados, no trae remplazo, se supone que viene muy bien protegida no tendrían porque llegar tantos cristales rotos!!

It looks dark copperish, it is bot gold like showed in the video.
