Salux Super Hard Nylon Japanese Beauty Skin Bath Wash Cloth/towel (Grey)(Japan Import)

This is what I’ve been looking for. Rougher than regular Japanese scrubby towels. Sturdier. Scrubs away stubborn rough patches easily. Only cons are that it doesn’t create a full, sudsy lather and it’s hard to wring out and get clean. Not a big deal because this is my holy grail exfoliating towel.

This wash cloth is perfect! First off, during the summer I usually have trouble with b.o. under my armpits and no matter how often I try to stay clean, the smell still persists even after putting on fresh deodorant. This gets the dead skin that your normal loofah would not be able to get off. After using this and switching deodorant, I’m not having problems with summer b.o. anymore. Also, this makes your skin smooth for a long time. I’m constantly feeling how smooth and soft my skin is. Not to mention, because they make this cloth long, you can easily scrub your back! Now this is definitely rough, if you have skin that is really sensitive or you typically prefer gentle exfoliation, please be careful about considering buying this. Like another reviewer said, you don’t really buy this if you’re looking for something soft. Other than that, I might purchase a few more in the future.

I normally get the normal Salux from my local Asian grocery, pharmacy, or beauty store. I often get compliments on my soft skin, which I attribute to using this to exfoliate and moisturizing immediately after a shower, but before toweling off. The Salux design works really well to get hard to reach spots like your back and the bottoms of your feet. I've tried off brand towel washcloths and loofah fibers were way too soft. It was time to replace my regular Salux, but after recently moving, it wasn't a priority to get a new one, and was without for a couple weeks. I don't really get body acne, but I felt crusty and clogged for going a couple of weeks without exfoliating! I could feel hair conditioner on my back not fully rinsed away, even though I showered every day.After getting settled in to my new place, I had finally had it and placed an order for this "hard"(lol) version. The tasteful grey color actually matched the color scheme of my new bathroom. The first shower that I took once I received this was so refreshing! I felt like a snake shedding its skin, like a Phoenix reborn in cleansing fire. It was the satisfaction of scratching an itch except the itch is on your entire body. I love the feeling of a brand new Salux! Hopefully the "hard" version sustains that feeling for longer. It's holy grail right now, until I can find something that's as effective but zero waste. On that note, a Salux is more hygienic and sustainable than a regular loofah because the knotted fibers of a loofah don't dry completely and are therefore more susceptible to bacteria and mildeww growth.

Wow!! Finally a back (and more) scrubby that actually feels like it will work. I’ve only had this for a few days and it is a rough texture so if y’all are looking for something soft look elsewhere. In the winter months I have dry skin and it’s flaky and bothersome, wearing dark colors is not possible. After using this one time my skin feels smooth and refreshed , moisturizer seems to absorb much better and faster. My skin...all I can say is WOW ! My skin feels so smooth no more rough scaly feel. It is most definitely removing the dead skin layer making your skin feel baby soft. It’s long enough to reach all of your back, not awkward like a brush and you don’t have to use much force. It drys super fast so I’m not too worried about the sour smell u get on some I’ve tried. Most of the previous items were thick and didn’t dry fast, developed a smell and to be honest when they got wet felt no better than a washcloth. In other words if soft is what you want just stick with a washcloth.

I liked the regular Salux just fine. I like the Super Hard better.

If you like extremely rough exfoliation, this cloth is for you. I do however think it's a little overpriced for a wash cloth.

I have been using a back brush for more than half a century. I tried loofah. I wish I had known about these cloths. Absolutely perfect.

Perfect. Only wish it came in a smaller size. Has my skin feeling clean and soft. Just the right amount of roughness.

I've used a body puff for years, but sometimes find them a little rough. I thought I would have to be extra careful when using this wash cloth on delicate areas, and while it does a good job at exfoliating the skin, I personally find it less harsh than my body puff. It makes shower gel lather very well, is easy to rinse, and dries quickly. I'm very impressed with is product, and would highly recommend it.

Pros: VERY rough Easy cleaned Long enough to wash your back Strong and won't rip Cons: VERY rough, I love it but people with extremely delicate skin should stay away. Source: I've used it for weeks now and love it. I don't have any more dead skin on me after my shower, Moreover, it doesn't take long to properly exfoliate. I recommend this 10/10.

Wem die pseudokratzigen Sisalprodukte nur ein müdes Achselzucken entlocken, Bürsten indes zu soft sind oder so hart, dass sie Striemen hinterlassen, demjenigen stehen mit diesem rauen Nylonstoffstreifen Glücksmomente bevor: endlich etwas, was richtig schubbert! Klar rötet sich die Haut, aber man muss es ja nicht überziehen. Das Teil ist nichts für Pussys und auch nicht für die empfindlichsten Hautpartien, aber für den Rücken genial.
