Good starting point.
It doesn’t have enough clearance to clear the hook on the winch. So it sits at a 45 degree angle. I added a 1” extension and it fits perfect. But the extension has to be welded but it was a good starting point.

It does the job.
Would have gotten a five star if it came with screws. Had to go to Home Depot to get nuts and bolts.

Great value for cost but does not flip up 90 degrees to allow winch full clearance
Great value for cost. Easy to assemble (license and winch plate screws not included). Does not flip up full 90 degrees so winch does touch plate as it exits the winch, but not enough to be a problem.

Great product, it fits my Jeep perfectly highly recommend. It just doesn’t comes with bolts.
