Good quality, all ports work great and 4K looks great. Powers my power hungry notebook too.
The media could not be loaded. I needed a docking station for my new notebook where I found this one, really good specs and 4K compatible and just had to get one of these. I was not dissappointed, this one worked out great. First off, all the ports work great. Powers my laptop perfectly, charges it up fast and every port plugs in perfectly too. Secondly, it also accesses and transfers data fast using the SD card slots. Both the mini and full size works great and they plug in equally solid as well. Lastly, I love how it just started up once I connected it up to my Windows 10 notebook and I didnt need to load any 3rd party drivers. I also really liked the price where there is a lot of high end features here that I was having troubles finding in other docking stations that is as low profile as this one. Hard to show how nice this one is with just pics, so I did a video to show. No cons, really works great for me, where I am very happy with the purchase.

Bad dock! Bad dock!!
Honestly, I read liked the design of this dock and how it was proposed to work with my HP Spectre. Looks good on the desktop, and powered up the machine. Where this went wrong (and I have to agree with a previous poster) is that I have dual 4K monitors (Samsung UR28R55). This dock advertised that it would run both at 4K 60Hz resolution. This didn't even come close. I am unhappy in that I have been searching for a dock for quite awhile that could do this successfully. With my computer skills, I thought maybe the other guy was doing something wrong and I would try this out for myself. Wrong! No amount of configuration with Intel Graphics Command Center, Windows display settings, or monitor drivers will get this to produce the advertised resolution for both monitors. If you are not looking to run dual 4K monitors, this dock would probably be perfect for you. For me, it makes no sense to have one full 4K and the other running a lower resolution with small, blurry windows. I didn't bother with tech support being that if the hardware can't do it, then there is nothing tech support will be able to do. The device for this purpose is just not capable. I am sending back today (after only receiving it 2 hours ago) and will continue my search for a true dual 4K dock.

No longevity
I wanted to love this dock. It did exactly what I needed for my home office set up and saved me having to switch peripherals between two computers. Unfortunately it just didn't last. 1 year later and the dock is dead. No amount of changing computers, changing cables, or anything else gets any sign of life

works on 3 out of 4 laptops
I've been looking for a "universal" dock so I can use one workstation with any of my devices (work, school, personal). This dock works with all of my USB 3.1 devices that support DisplayPort. That's the hard thing, USB C connectors can actually be any of 5 different specifications. This dock works as expected, allows me to connect 2 monitors, a wireless keyboard dongle, a usb webcam, headphones, and fast ethernet - all while charging. It gets only slightly warm while in use. Let's hope it lasts!

Dual Monitor Output
Great price for a hub that lets me use two monitors with my work laptop. Two things to note: There is no power button on the hub itself, so I have to open my laptop to power on. The pass-through charging gives me a "slow charger" notification from my laptop.

Home Office
This works so well, praise Jesus! My home setup includes one monitor(hdmi), a keyboard (USB), a mouse (USB), a phone charger (usb-c) , and plug in headset (phone jack). The Usb-c chord plugs directly into my work computer thunderbolt jack and even charges my computer no problem! There's still tons of room for expanding this setup if I wanted to add an additional monitor, etc. I don't believe this supports 4K but double check your specs if you're looking for that capability. Overall very very satisfied! (Read John 3:16, Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 10:13, Romans 5:8)

Doesn't Work on Windows 11
Doesn't work on Windows 11, apparently. Seems like the Seller might mention that in the description. This product isn't even listed on Tecknet's website, so don't expect a driver update... ever. It does work on my older laptop which runs Windows 10.

Perfect for Home Office
I decided to buy a docking station after dealing with repeated plugging and unplugging of cables from my laptop which was inconvenient and time taking. This docking station consolidates all USB, display, and audio ports and connects to the laptop with just one cable, and even charges it like magic.I can't imagine how organized my desk look and how simple it has become to unplug and plug the docking station to work with a standalone laptop when needed. Not sure how to gauge the performance of the docking station but I can say display quality and response time is quite impressive. I will continue to watch out for surprises and will update this thread if encounter any.
