This increased my supply by, an average of, 3oz per pumping session. The taste is great and one tea bag is good for two cups of tea. I drank one first thing in the morning and one following supper. Highly recommend.

I can't say for sure yet if this is helping my supply (only been a mom for one week now) but even if it's not a huge difference, this is literally the best tasting tea I've ever had and I will continue to drink it. I would mainline this if I could.

I usually don’t post reviews but I was desperately looking for a product to help me with milk production. My milk supply never really just took off . I had a c-section and baby never really latched. I get About 2-4 oz both boobs combined every pump. I pump every 4-6 hours ( I know not too good lol )I’m just starting the tea today and will give an update in about a week or two. For taste I give it a 5 I’m a tea drinker so it’s amazing to me!

My baby girl has been eating far more than any charts say she should since she was one week old...my milk supply couldn't keep up, so we've been supplementing with formula for the first two months of her life. My dream was to be able to cut out formula altogether because no matter what kind we tried, it'd give her gas and she'd get so fussy, so I decided to try out this tea. I have one cup/teabag per day, and within a few days, I noticed my milk supply was increasing...now, a month after starting to drink it, my milk supply has officially doubled. We haven't had to use formula for 1.5 weeks now, and I'm so grateful! I also love this company's God-centered mission and am happy to be supporting them.

The tea bits end up all over your cup, in your mouth, it’s a pain. It’s not a great flavor, kind of has a weird aftertaste like artificial sweetener.

Taste is good, but it just doesn’t work for me in fact I feel like I stops my milk supply.

I’m 100% convinced this stuff works… my milk supply tanked after coming home from Ohio. Only 3-4 oz a pump no matter what time of day, how long I pumped or how much water I drank but after drinking 1 glass of this lactation tea, this was the result for a single session🥹💙

So I got the blackberry flavor and it's actually not bad, I don't like tea or that kind of flavor at all but it wasn't undrinkable. My supply did boost though !
