very disappointed with this expensive purchase
Poor water quality The filter started leaking on day one after installation. The technician fixed the leakage after few days, but this should not happen with a brand-new product in the first place. The bigger issue is the water quality. The TDS after filtration is around 265. When I raised this concern, the KENT technician stated that this filter cannot do better. That defeats the purpose of installing this filter. To make matters worse, replacement or return was not available. I am very disappointed with this expensive purchase and would not trust this company again.

Quality not justifying price | hidden cost | Noice
It make little sound while it's taking water which might be avoided. And after installation there was a water leakage which was inside of RO and water was coming from mid part or RO. Apart from buying this high price RO, you also have to buy small filterstion box from person sent for installation. It cost around 1200 rs. Which is hidden cost not mentioned.
