These wouldn’t stick to my shoes and would fall out when I walked.

They don’t stick very well
The heel guards roll down when you slip in your shoes. Otherwise they are a good purchase.

Didn't seem to make much of a difference.
The product stuck to the shoe well but didn't notice any extra comfort. Also didn't prevent my feet from sliding forward. Just a meh item.
