Arrived well.. good price.I took one a day but unfortunately that was a bit much for me and I ended up with indigestion and an upset tummy.... which is down to the iron.

Have used products from the nutrition geeks many times before and they are always a great product with no rubbish in them and superb value for money. I'm slightly anaemic but my diet is excellent so I thought I'd give these a try. Within a week I felt much better - less tired, more colour in my cheeks and just a better sense of well being. LOADS in the bag so very cost effective. You really can't beat nutrition geeks for supplements.

these pills definitely have some effects as I notice I am more sluggish when I forget to take them (and they have an impact on bowel movements but nothing nasty). I am really liking this brand and have now got quite the collection. I really appreciate the easy to swallow size and lack of strong offputting smell. I’ll be purchasing again.

I don't know whether these work unless I have a blood test. However, I can say that after taking one I don't go to the toilet for days. A good cure for diarrhoea, maybe?!
