Does it make your garden smell of garlic?

It is such a strong smell of garlic powder that lasts for days and cats don't care, they will even roll in it.

Is this water proof or do you have to keep re applying when it rains?

Hi i’ve found that once it’s in the earth it’s so strong that rain doesn’t really make that much difference. My plants have finally started to grow again, the cats just walk past my plants now. I do expect to reapply it after a few months. And I put quite a lot down so it killed the grass a bit. Definitely worth using.

Can you use this on artificial grass?

We think yes, because this granules contains natural aromatic plant oils , but for outdoor use only.

Hi It is a great product that works, but no where on the packaging does it state that it is child safe even though it contains only natural ingredients one of which is garlic oil that could cause an allergic reaction. try contacting STV who manufacture Defenders products sorry I cant be more helpful.

Does exactly what it says it does, never had any problem with cats since using it. I wanted a non harmful product as we have a dog who loves to go in the garden too. Easy scatter plastic bottle. Value for money. Would definitely buy from this seller again

Does the Job

This product really works. When I dig the garden I always scatter this and no mess. I put it around my plants no mess without it I would be cleaning away mess every day.

Pungent but not sure they work.

I think for a short period of time this product has some effect but certainly after rain or time none whatsoever. One of my neighbour’s cats sits in the flower bed quite happy with this stuff all around him.
