I am not a mechanic, but my jet ski was not running well and I determined that the power valves were the most likely issue. Getting to them is a real pain in the butt with the motor in the ski, but after a few hours and a few choice words, I got the exhaust manifold off and the valves cleaned out. I bought these so I will hopefully never have to go through that process again. If you are working on the power valves why not install these.

03 Yamaha XLT800, these clips wouldn't fit for me. You could probably beat them on but the is no way to get them on by hand. I managed to force one on and it deformed the clip. The coupler between the power valves is great.

Work great in my 2001 gp800 easy install

The products work great, but this isn't a quick install. The included instructions simply state begin by removing the exhaust system. That alone is an hour project requiring the correct set of wrenches, flexible arms and fingers and LOTS of patience. After several hours of work, I at least have the piece of mind that the clips are installed...

Good kit but a little expensive for what it is. Wish I knew my new sbt engine came with upgraded power valves in it so I didn’t need this but I used center coupler with spring anyway
