Started right up and fit like a glove

Shipping took a little while but being a hazardous item these things happen. Three months ago I got my bike out of the shop but needed to get a battery first. The only one they had in stock was a Lithium Ion that cost $200 but he told me all the benefits to it and that it was worth the money (don't believe it). Rode it twice before moving and when I got here she wouldn't start. First it was a slow crank then NOTHING, no power at all, no lights. I got a lithium ion battery charger and it showed that the battery had a full charge. I spent the next couple of weeks (between unpacking and putting furniture together) looking for a blown fuse or disconnected wire. Nothing worked and I was preparing to send it to the shop again. Then my neighbor told me that he was told those lithium batteries are worthless, something about the microchip in them giving trouble. I did not think he was right so I decided to just get the least expensive battery I could find for my bike and see. When it arrived I hooked it up to the charger but within 30 seconds it said it was fully charged. I was worried that the battery may not fit because it is wider than the OEM one, but it fit perfectly without ANY issues. I connected the cable and she fired right up! This battery will fit a Yamaha V-Star 1100 without any problems and it works great!

Bought this in August of 2025. Here it is March 2026 and the battery will not take nor hold a charge. It has been maintained on a high quality smart trickle charger through the winter in a heated garage. Pulled the bike out for a spring ride and it is completely dead. Put it on a charger "smart" that has a conditioning mode and it will not charge. Not a good battery.

Works great and last long.

Time will tell how long it lasts, but it cranks well for now. One hiccup was that the ground terminal hole was too small for the bolt provided, so it had to be drilled out.

This YTX14-BS battery is the real MVP of my garage. After flawless performance in my ATV, I grabbed a second one for my snowmobile—because why mess with success? It fires up faster than I do on Monday mornings and doesn’t flinch in cold weather. Sealed AGM means zero maintenance (and zero mess), which is exactly my style. Fits perfectly in my Honda Rancher and even powered up my dusty old Buell Blast like it owed it money. Reliable, powerful, and drama-free—just how I like my batteries.

odd brand and part number, but purchased on sale and put right in 4 wheeler to solve dead dead battery that couldnt recharge....... batteries at dealer cost 130 bucks for 4 wheelers... great purchase online....perfect fit and i had a rubber gasket insert ..much appreciated with the battery...

I used to own motorcycles, but now, only cars. I still have knowledge from my motorcycle days. Most recent production cars require an aux battery due to the auto engine stop on idle eco feature. The list of usable batteries is not very openly documented. In fact auto manufacturers would prefer to deceive consumers only to buy their genuine battery for a much higher price. My car in question has a base tray size of ~3.5 inch by ~6 inch for the aux battery. Height for the original battery is 5.1 inch (more like a 10Ah size). However, any battery with the correct base size could work. Height is only relative when ample headroom is available. This particular battery (YTX14-BS, 12Ah) is well constructed with a very even weight distribution. Being sealed is great with no requirement for a breather tube. The whole battery block is finished well without any sharp edges. With this leak proof feature, it is even better suited for use as an Aux Battery for cars. It has a height of 5.9 inch so I had to lengthen the strap that secures the battery to accommodate the extra 0.8 inch height. When all is done, the battery sits securely and functions within specifications. The photo shows the original battery at 5.1 inch high. There is plenty of room to accommodate a 5.9 inch high battery. Lengthening the strap will do the trick.

The battery I bought was really good. I have a 2013 Mercedes-Benz B250, and it was a perfect match — it fit and worked perfectly.

Battery was a dud. Bought as a spare and switched it in after 5 months of purchase. Bike started up and died 30 minutes in leaving me stranded. I should've figured since when I was installing it, one of the poles was smashed it (but seemingly functional) as if it had been dropped. Would definately not order again, as they are either shipping out old or damaged batteries (or both!). And since I waited several months to install it, despite not having even opened the Amazon box since receiving it, I will be unable to get a refund. Suffice to say, not happy with the product.

Battery is good so far .no issues cranks well .Except pay attention to the Size. It was a bit bigger (longer) than my old one and it was difficult to put it in the same place as the other one, made modifications to fit .

So far so good seems as good as any expensive one and came fully charged with almost 14v so pretty pleased and it fired up my zx14 easy after sitting since fall .. it starts my zx14 as easy and as well as the the one I had that was triple the price and I've got a couple rides in so far this year and it works great
