Attendu un peu pour cause de réfection de ma petite cuisine :) Je l'ai passé à la machine à pain. Le premier un peu loupé (trop d'eau) et le second un vrai régal ! Haute qualité de farine qui justifie le prix un peu élevé. Je recommande : notre alimentation est trop carencée et cela vaut la peine d'y faire attention. Goûteux et donne un pain tendre, délicieux avec fromages et confitures. J'en rachèterai

Very nice rye flour. I’m sure it’s great for baking but I use it in my new no shampoo regime. Apparently has the same pH as hair sebum so doesn’t encourage production of further sebum when used to mop up the excess.

the problem wit this supplier it has to be shipped from Sweden and pass the US customs one bag came one week earlier than the second, probably they checked one pack what the contend at the customs. The Rye flour is first class as I can judge, but we could save shipping cost if they could send 20 or 50 pound bags, as I want to change to at least partial Rye bread. I made yesterday one with 30 % Rye, it taste very good and good digestion.

Phenomenal. Suggest that you use the recipe in right column of rear bag panel. I even bought treacle from Amazon to enhance bread taste beyond suggested molasses substitute. My book club was in awe of how good this bread was. They are all accomplished bakers and I know my other flour sources can’t touch Dove’s Farm.

bonne farine ,pour le pain d'épice,par contre pour faire du pain il est nécessaire,de mélanger cette farine,avec de la farine blanche.
