What dress size is the medium and large size?

I would say a medium is 10 to 12 and a large would be more 14 and up but depends on how tight you want them. Remember that these items, even though they are great, they do tend to shrink slightly if you tumble dry them. Hope this helps a little.

These are NOT good shorts for running in if you're prone to chaffing! They are comfortable & fit nicely but ride up when running. Probably better for gym wear or yoga
