I am not sure about the metallic leather bags. I would be reluctant to use it on metallic bags.

Depends on the type ink it is. Some inks come off easier than others. If it does remove the ink there will probably be a spot left on the bag.

Depending on the type of leather it might help but the moisturizer is more likely to remove the scratch
