I used for TWO weeks as I wanted to experiment before writing a review. I am delighted as I had used it a different one in the past. The Quality of yogurt is really excellent.. it's homemade Pro Biotic that tastes delicious too. It was very well packed (bulged pack protecting from probable damage during transport). It also contained user friendly instructions / guide, the plastic non hazardous spoon and a colander / sifter. I could see that it's multiplying too. One must make sure to immerse it in COw's / goat milk and in plastic container. I kept in Fridge for a week and later noticed that the yogurt making capacity had weakened. I immersed immediately in room temperature Cow's milk again for 48 hours and now it's OKAY. I strongly recommend.

I have been using kefir for more than a month now and kefir has really helped me in improving my health,i had anxiety issues but now after using kefir i have stopped getting panic attacks n i used to have very disturbed sleep but with kefir i get very peaceful sleep, my constipation issues are solved i has severe gas n acidity problem even that is in control now, even my skin health has improved,Excellent product💯

I had Big Kefir Grains delivered and am making batches of kefor and consuming on an everyday basis. Drink it regularly for Good Gut health and a bunch of other benefits. 5/5 Ratings from my side.

Great grains and great size

Overpriced, didn’t work , don’t even refund

I am writing a review for Mr Kefir - Premium Size Live Milk Kefir Grains (10 Grams)These grains are vigorous and thrive in full fat goat milk.For now, these grains seem to be doing pretty well.For the cost, INR 2300 is just too costly for just 10 grams and felt that 20-25 grams for the same, would be a reasonable purchaseWill update this review in the next 6 months and will let you know about its growth,etc.

First of all, the shipping was excellent. It took longer than usual but the package arrived in perfect condition. Mr Kefir is very knowledgeable and humble. He replies to all sorts of questions even the silly ones lol.Now, the grains were superb. It took me two batches to wake em up. It’s been about 3 months now and everything is smooth. The kefir is thick in consistency, and full of probiotics.I didn’t have any digestion issues per se but I’ve noticed that I now digest protein shakes much better. Mood is better and sleep has improved. I’ve also ordered Mr Kefir’s water grains because why not :)Thanks.~ Jatin

This product is excellent. Must buy it once and use it generations to generations 😄 and when they grows don't eat it, pass it to relatives instead.. Good product.... Warm wishes
