Pros: Sturdy build (for a plastic bank), there's a dinosaur on it (kid requirement), password is easily changed, and "fingerprint scanner" was a big hit (even though it's not a real one)Cons: Stupidly loud (fixed with a resistor and soldering iron), can't change the music mode permanently (always plays a random song), and pinch point on the hinge side of the door is something to watch for.Honestly, not a bad bank, just incredibly annoying for any adult in the vicinity. Music is incredibly loud so would recommend tape over the speaker (if you don't have a solder station and a resistor near by). Also annoyed by having all the different music modes, but can't make any of them the default for what plays when paper money goes in. Always plays a different random song. First one we got was "Jingle Bells" which doesn't really jive in the middle of the summer... Wanted animal sounds, but no way to make it stick (that I could find).Overall, 4 year old is pleased and now that the volume is tolerable, it's not so bad. Still annoying, but not terrible.

Bought one for my daughter. Her cousins saw it and had to buy for them as well. The coin part is ok, bit the bill insert part makes it all fun with the songs
