Q: How does it work? I can’t get it to float

There is a box inside the cube. You attach your photos to the box then close up the plastic. Inside the box there is a magnet. There is an arrow on the box pointing to the corner with the magnet. That corner needs to be put up towards the top magnet on the base. The 2 magnets will hold the cube up--float the cube. There are instructions on the box- You must attach the photos to the box for this to work.

Q: How does it stay in place? There is no magnet in the cube to hold it up

There's a magnet inside the cube at the top that attracts to the one in the top of the stand. The bottom has a little divot that the bottom corner of the cube rests in.

Q: Do they make a bigger cube than 2 3/8

Sorry- we do not have a larger cube.

Q: Is the inside of the cube hollow and accessible for placing a keepsake inside?

Yes! There is a cardboard box inside that helps keep the photos in place but you can just remove it.
