Standard lanyard. I work at a therapeutic day school so I needed to have a breakaway lanyard... the only problem is if the lanyard is pulled, it does not break apart, which is the main reason why I purchased.

Causes cards to turn...wish they twisted 90 degrees at neck of plastic!

ID still flips from front to back but a comfortable lanyard on the neck.

I have this old work lanyard that I got when I was a new hire centuries ago at my company, and they don't give out replacements. The metal clasp recently got caught on a chair's workings and got bent. So now all the IDs on my clip regularly fall off the lanyard. The best thing I could do was to put scotch tape on the lanyard to bridge the gap. So ugly and frustrating, but it has worked. I was excited to come across this lanyard for sale and will greatly appreciate it at work now, instead of the ridiculous spectacle I keep around my neck right now. It is sturdy and does what it is supposed to do nicely.This arrived quickly as promised in sturdy packaging and was undamaged.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. The lanyard is nice and soft, however, the breakaway part comes undone every time my husband goes to bend his neck. He works in distribution so that's a lot.
