Build It! Volume 2: Make Supercool Models with Your LEGO® Classic Set

Flipping through this book I am impressed with the amount of things to build. I like how they give step by step instructions and what pieces you will need. This would be for someone with a large collection of Lego's already. I'm excited for my boys (6 and 7) to give this book a try! They are always coming up with things to build but I'm sure some ideas would help too! I'm happy with my purchase!

I bought all three books. Good for motivation!!

I bought this to go with a big Lego set I bought for my nephew. He and my niece have spent hours recreating the things they found inside the book. The images are top quality and it makes it easy for the kids to build things a little out of their comfort zone. If your children love Legos, they need this book!

I liked the book and the items inside that you could build along with the instructions, but it just did not match the LEGO classic set that I purchased.

Author has a good sense in how a Lego book could be for 7 year olds.

Purchased this as a birthday gift for my grandson & he loves it! Many ideas for projects with easy to follow instructions. He loves building with Legos!

I purchased all three volumes of these books for my grandsons age 6-8. Easy to find, fun projects with photo directions. The kids stay hooked up for hours.

My grandson said these were a very good book and he did not enjoy this one I guess we will try a different 1.

Good basic book, however you would need a lot of lego to keep consistent with the color choices for each creation within the book, so we just let our son pick whatever colors he wants as we do have quite a bit of lego just not the exact amount of each color listed in the book if that makes sense ie: instead of all purple, we picked blue or red, etc.

Our granddaughter (aged 6) loves Lego and is always building small models. As well as building from her imagination she likes to follow instructions so bought books 2 & 3. So many books show models that can be built but don’t give step by step guides. These books show the completed model, then at each stage the type and number of pieces for that stage plus a picture of where they fit. I no longer get “grandad, I can’t do this”. She just follows the pictures! Excellent books.
