UPDATED Review: I will order from this company again simply because they reached out to me & offered compensation. I thought this was nice since obviously I used the product and can not return it. I originally gave it 3 stars & changed to 4. However, I have not, nor will I change my original below comments. But will add they care about satisfied customers and the product can be good for "flat" surfaces, (as my original comment talks about), (or perhaps if sides could be tucked by a side cushion as on a couch or chair with arms). When using on corners/curves I'd use extra glue. And I will order from them again if my application warrants.Problem: It does not stick to itself well, or leather or vinyl. It simply needs to be stickier.The Good: It will stick fine to a flat surface that is slightly rough (think rough sanded tabletop).So I recovered an office desk chair that had begun the typical peeling process. All around the corners where I pulled down to go way underneath the seat, unfortunately I found the next morning all corners and underneath were hanging down & corners had not stuck. (sorry didn't photo it) I went to town on the flaps hanging down from sides and underneath using super glue & some (super sticky) double sided wide tape I have. It's now finally to where flaps are not hanging down on the edges & all these little corners popping up. But the photo you see is only after a LOT of extra super gluing on sides, corners, & underneath. It is a flat leather & my chair as you can see has a glossy sheen, so I thought it might not be as tacky looking if I just recovered the whole seat cushion. (Either way it would not have looked good I don't think.) And don't even get me started on the one arm I had to do...this stuff simply does not work good around curves/rounded corners/bends. It would be a great product to recover old book shelves, a table, or flat surface furniture that you wanted to give a leather look. I gave it 3 stars b/c it did stick well to the seat area of my chair, which was what I primarily needed it for. However I didn't just want "patch work" on the cushion seat...I wanted just to cover it. A reupholster staple gun may have helped. But in the end patch work job or complete cover it simply didn't match my chair color well. But was the closest. I don't regret trying, b/c I love the comfort of my old chair that has mega recline/up-down/tilt seat down-up functions and to get a new one would be a lot more than I want to spend at present. So I have to remember I'm keeping it for comfort, not looks. And I'm only out like $30 bucks. IT has a function, just think long & hard about how you'll use it, & remember the super glue or double sided super strong sticky tape for your corners!

Works very well in a warm environment. Don't try to get it to adhere in temperatures below 65°

The chair cover did not do the job I wanted to do it is not sticking to my lounger my leather lounger, but I thought it would do and it is not long wide enough. You have to buy at least four in order to cover the whole chair and that does not look professionally.

I was expecting the material to be flimsy but this is quality stuff! I'm actually impressed with the quality of the material and the quality of peel and stick. The thicker material is a little harder to work with and if you put it in the wrong place you will find it very hard to peel it back off. That is the only thing I didn't like. At least you can get a good grip of it and pull it back off without worrying about ripping it. I recommend having a second person to help when you install it. Looks great and made my pontoon seats look like new. I thought the price was a little high at first but after seeing the quality it's a good deal!

Package arrived a day early! Kudos. The vinyl weight was what I expected, not too thin or thick. Arrived wrapped on a cardboard tube, fine except it takes a while to flatten the vinyl out to lay it on flat surfaces, I used a heat gun on low setting to warm the vinyl. The problem - the adhesive is terribly weak. I applied it and waited 24 hrs. to use the furniture. No good. It does not hold at all around curves. Might be a temporary fix on completely flat, extremely clean, grease free areas. Do you really want to keep the damaged furniture? You might consider replacing it. This a shoddy way to fix ruined furniture. Caveat Emptor. 11/23 update: Contacted by email by the seller asking if I would like a refund. I replied yes and haven't heard a thing since. I'll never buy from this seller again.

It looks nice until you put it onThe glue does not stick after few hoursI wrapped seat nicely, looked very goodBut after 2 days only flat part stayed intact and all bends started to unfold. Maybe if you add nails at the edge or extra tape it would work but with that it will not look good with my design chairs

I purchased this product to extend life of my leather sofa seats which were showing wear and tear. I gave this product a try. I was impressed with the quality of material. I liked it. It was easy to apply and adhesive was nice too. It definitely added a life to my old sofa. Quick shipping. Product was bit pricey but recommend it. Cheaper option than replacing a sofa. Loved it . The material is good, however the glue is bad.It doesn't stick well, you will need to add anther glue to get it stick well.
