The velcro keeps opening
Used it for carrying lunch to office. Small bag, velcro keeps opening. So during metro security check etc. the tiffin boxes/ water bottle get scattered out of the bag. Bag material is good.

Bag is much smaller & of very light quality than you might expect, is only 10.5'' H x 9.5'' L x 6'' B in size. You can get better quality bigger bag in less price in local market.

It doesn't look Insulated from inside as in pucture. The rest is good.

Small in size
The product is small in size. Height is not 11” but it’s only 10”. We can’t close/seal the bag after putting even only a milton 3 box lunch. But works fine for a 2 box lunch.
