Centric 105.13040 Posi Quiet Premium Ceramic Disc Brake Pad Set For Toyota and Lexus Select Model Years

I bought these based on the recommendation of a trailer/RV forum I was on. I wanted to tow a 27 foot RV trailer, and having the famous Toyota Tundra warped brake rotors I purchased both new rotors and these pads. Well, these pads stop my truck just fine. The only issue I have with them is they squeal like crazy every single day for the first couple of miles. Pretty funny to me, considering the name "Posi-Quiet". But then again, it also makes one wonder why they came up with that name in the first place ...could it just be that they WEREN'T all that quiet during the R&D phase? Ha-ha, I still laugh everytime I coast down my very steep driveway squealing away & waking up the whole neighborhood. But they do stop the truck; and they stop making noise once they get their morning "scrub".Now let me address the Tundra's habit of creating warped rotors. This truck is heavy and generates a good amount of heat from it's brakes. IF your rotors were NOT torqued to specs AND in proper sequence, and IF your WHEELS are not torqued to specs and in proper SEQUENCE, the rotors WILL eventually warp. You can avoid any further warpage by insisting on tight supervision of the torquing & the sequencing. I'll step down off the soapbox now.

The pads look OK but the product arrived without the brake hardware that the site clearly stated would be in the box (in fact it also says "hardware included" on the box. The pads appeared to be lesser quality than the pads I sourced locally though.
