Easy to install and a good product for the price. I am thankful that we bought it. I would give it a 5-star rating if the massage setting had a little more pressure. With that being said, it is MUCH nicer than a traditional shower head.

Light easy-to-handle hand-held shower head and incredibly flexible hose with perfect extra length
Liked most the incredibly light, easy-to-use shower head and the five great settings for water flow! Also liked most the willowy, light and extremely flexible hose (other hoses are stiff and relatively inflexible) and, especially, the extra length. Perfect! It was incredibly easy to install and the beautiful chrome finish is a thing of beauty. Nothing we didn't like. To us, it is a masterpiece of workmanship!
