I have never had such a delicious tea and the aromatics are amazing! Makes the house smell so good! It's clean and mild tasting; doesn't have the dirty flavor of most oolongs. I've been drinking it both hot and cold and it's great. I can't get enough of this tea. I couldn't have imagined it would taste so good! I'll never order a different oolong tea as long as I live! I used 1tbsp tea to 16 ounces of water that I brought to a boil and let cool for a few minutes. Never pour boiling water over certain teas such as this one. (Boiling is 212 degrees farenheit so about 203 degrees is recommended.) You won't regret ordering Smitea!

I like this tea very much. The aroma and flavor are unlike any tea I've experienced. It has a relaxing effect, but not so much that it will put you to sleep like chamomile.My one minor complaint is that it says on the package "best before 18 months after packing" but doesn't say when it was packed.Will buy again!
