Can I use it everyday?

You're not suppose to as it can cause rebound effect. I however was on a medication that caused extreme stuffiness so I had to use it every day or else I couldn't breathe through my nose and would panic. I have since stopped that medication but do still use the nose spray daily because I'm not willing to deal with the rebound effect because any amount of stuffiness causes me severe anxiety and panic attacks. I had to use it every few hours every day when on the medication that caused the stuffiness. Since stopping that med though, I can use the nose spray usually once in the morning and once at night and I'm good as long as I continue breathing through my nose and not my mouth. I've always been a mouth breather but I've found with this spray that if I breathe through my mouth and not my nose I have to use it more often. If I just breathe through my nose I can get away with using it once or twice a day. Unless you need it everyday I wouldn't use it that much but if you do need it, then use it. You're not going to become addicted to it as in drug addiction with withdrawals. When people say "addicted to it" they just mean that if you use it to much and stop, once it wears off you'll suffer from rebound effect. Your nose will be extremely "stuffy" or more accurately, the nasal tissue will swell blocking your passages for a few days or until your body adjusts to being off of it. No amount of blowing your nose or anything will clear it unless you use more spray or just wait it out. You have to outweigh the pros and cons really. For me, I can not use it and deal with any amount of stuffiness and have severe anxiety from it/panic attacks day/night resulting in me not sleeping or being able to focus on anything or I can use it every day or multiple times per day and have less anxiety, less panic attacks, be able to sleep and live more normally. For me, using it daily is the better option.

Am i missing something? how does this work? when i squeeze bottle, nothing comes out, and i'm not supposed to tilt my head?

Not to be a smart a** but do you have the bottle that requires you to use your first and middle fingers to press down the plastic piece around the top of the bottle?

No.... it burns and is addictive
